Staff can borrow books, e-books, DVDs, CD-ROMs and cassettes from the collections of the Open Polytechnic Library for a maximum of 6 weeks each. Staff also have access to all online databases available through the library. We recognize the importance of learning and development. Our employees can have access to a range of training opportunities, such as.B. mandatory health and safety courses and courses such as leadership or management to help employees do their jobs easily. Most employees also have access to fully subsidized courses offered by Open Polytechnic and receive significant grants for courses offered by other providers. We offer free registration for staff for Open Polytechnic courses and discounted rates for family members. We also subsidize studies for courses that are not available with us. Academic staff also have the right to join ebs via LEP under special group rates negotiated by trade unions.
